Editing Your Password


Sometimes you may be required to change or update your account password. If you have forgotten your password, follow the steps here. If you can still log into your account but wish to change your password, follow the instructions below.

Step 1. Log into your NetCents account

Step 2. Navigate to and select profile in the top right

Step 3. In your profile, select the box titled labeled Security Settings. Next, select the update link next to Password.

Step 4. You will be prompted to complete a short form. Enter your password in the field provided and your new password in the following fields provided then select submit.

Step 5. Your password will now be updated. You will be re-directed to your account dashboard and your new password is ready to use.
