Once you have placed an order on the exchange through your NetCents account you are able to view the status of any pending orders and your past completed orders. At times you may wish to cancel a pending order, the steps below will walk you through doing so.
Step 1. Log into your NetCents account and select Orders from the top right of the screen
Step 2. Select the order you wish to cancel and select the red x labeled, Cancel, on the right of the order
Step 3. Ensure that the correct order has been selected to cancel and submit.
*Note: You are only able to cancel pending orders. Any completed orders cannot be cancelled or modified. *
