For identity verification we require you to use a device with access to a camera. You will be required to take photos of your photo ID and your face.
If your computer doesn't have a webcam we recommend downloading the NetCents app on your mobile device. You can also complete the verification process in your web browser on your mobile device.
If you have access to a camera but are receiving a "Camera Access Required" error you may need to change your browsers permissions. In Google Chrome this can be done by clicking the padlock in the left of the address bar and selecting "Site settings". Note that you need to do this for the domain of our identity verification service provider https://netverify.com. If you are receiving this error on a mobile device make sure you are using the device's native browser (ie Safari on iOS).
